This 8th day oP June, 1942, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is hereby
authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of X595.58 Prom the Road & Bridge
Fund of Precinct No. 2 to Kerr County Road & Bridge Warrants of 1936, for the purpose of tak-
ing acre of the principal and interest due and now owing on said Bond Issue. And the County
Clerk shall charge said R. & B. No. 2 Fund with said ;595.58 so transYerred on the books of

N0. 2640 AND 2641. ORDER DECLARING OFFICE OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 2 VACANT
AND APPOINT OF JUSTICE TO FILL THE UNE7n'IRED TERM OF SAID OFFICE.
On this 15th day of June, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the office of Jus-
tice of the Peace mf Precinct No. Two (2) of Karr County, Texas, should be declared vacant an

Whereupon, on motion duly made, aeoonded and unanimously adopted, be and it is hereby

and desirous to serve out the unexpired term of said office, be and ie hereby appo~.nted by
