This the 18th day of June, A. D. 1942, Dame on to be examined by the Court the official
bond of the below nrmmed officer, appointed as Tus tiae of the peace, of precinct No. 2 of Kerr
County, Texas, at the Special J}ine Term of the Cammia si oners' Court, and it appearing to the
Court that said bond is goad and auf ficient, and that said bond en ould be approved by the
Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seoonded and unanimously adopted, said bond be and the

On this the 15th day of Juno, A. D. 1942, at a speoi al term of the Commiasioners~ Court,
Dame on to be heard the matter of inoreaeing the County Depository Pledge 00;1traot Prom
$50,000 to $60,000, which said original contraot was made and approved by the Commisa ion eras
Court on the llth day of Marsh, 1941, and that said additi oa at increase of $10,000, or pledge,
shall be supplemental to the orlgiael pledge contract and shell be governed by the prig in al
terms, conditions and regulations of tho pledge contraot fir at above mentioned which was
approved on the 11th day of March, 1941.
Zt is ther afore ordered by the Court that the original' pledge contract of $50,000 shall
be ino receded Prom $50,000 to $60,000.

N0. 2644. ALLOWANCE OF $25.00 TO TEXAS MISSION HOLD; AND TRAINING SCHOOL.
On this the 15th day oP June, A. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that the County
Clerk issue voucher drawn on the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the sum oP $25.00
to be paid out of the General Fund, payable to the Texas Misslon Home and Training School in
payment for one year~a care end training of Jimmie Lee Jankina.
