On this the 15th day of June, A. D. 1942, at a apeoi el term of the Commisaionera' Court,
name on to ba heard the matter oP inoreasing the County Depository Pledge COdtraot from
50,000 to $]60,000, wh iah said original contract wsa made end approved by the Commissioners'
Court on the llth day of March, 1941, end that said additional inn rease of =10,000, or pledge,
shall be supplemental to the original pledge oontraet and aha 11 be governed by the prig is el
terms, conditions and regulations of the pledge eontraot first above mentioned which was
approved on the 11th day of March, 1941.

Clerk issue voucher drawn on the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the sum of25.00
to be paid out of the General Fund, payable to the Texas Mission Home and Training School in
payment for one year's care and training of JSmmie Lee Jenkins.
