ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This 13th day of Suly, A. D. 1942, Dame on to be examined by the Court, the various cla and aocounts filed against Kerr County and its respective Commissioners' precincts since the last term of the Court, all of which claims and aocounts were approved by the Court for pay- ment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective fine as shown by the Minutes of Accounts Allowed for Kerr County, Texas, which are made a part of this order, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-p+-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2646. HRIVATE ROAD WORK WITH COUNTY MACHINERY. On this the 13th day of July, p. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that hereafter sll private work done for individuals by any County Machinery, in any Precinct, besides terracing, shall be done and charged for at the rate of 3.00 per hour, instead of $2.00 per hour as heretofore charged. That terracing shall be done for 75~ to 90¢ per 100 feet. The County to furnish the machinery and labor in all private work done Por individuals. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2647. LEAVE OF $BSENCE GRANTED COUNTY NDGE TO LEAVE 7NE STATE OF TEXAS. On this the 13th day of July, A. D. 1942, name on to be heard the application of County Judge, John S. Atkins, for leave of absence from the State of Texas for a period of two weeks, for reason of business matters which require his personal attention, end that said business matters can be attended to in said two weeks leave of absence. And it appearing to the Court that said application is well taken and should be granted. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, that the application oP the County Sudge, John 5. Atkins, be and the same is hereby granted and that said Sohn S. EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL OF DELINRUENT TAX RECORD OF KERR COUNTY, TE%p5. This 13th day of July, A. D. 1942, came on to be Snapected and examined by the Court the 162 page Delinquent Tax I?ecord of Kerr County, Texas, containing 6,754 lines, covering all delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1940., inclusive, prepared and compiled as required by Articles 7321-7322, Revised Civil 6tatutea.'of 1925 and Senate Bill No. 407, Acts of the 44th Legislature, and it appearing to the Court aP to careful examination of said delinquent tax record that same is true and correct, and same be and is hereby in open Court approved in every respect. And it further appearing to the Ccurt that the cost or prise for compiling said record in the sum of X337.70, is fair and reasonable and said claim in favor of E. H.
