ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This 13th day of July, p, D. 1942, Dame on to be examined by the Court, the varicua ale and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respeotive Commissioners' preoincts since the last term of the Court, all of which claims and accounts were approved by the Court for psy- ment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes of Accounts Allowed for Kerr County, Texas, which are made a part of this order, O-O-O-O-O-O-o-o-O-91-p-o-O-O-O N0. 2646. BRIVATE ROAD WORK WITH COUNTY MACHINERY. On this the 13th day of July, A. D. 1942, it is ordered by the Court that hereafter all private work done for individuals by any County Machinery, in any Precinct, besides terracing, shall be done and charged for at the rate of 3,00 per hour, instead of 2.00 per hour as heretofore charged. That terracing shall be done for 75¢ to 90(1 per 100 feet. The County to furnish the machinery and labor in all private work done for individuals. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2647. LEAVE OF $HSENCE GRANTED COUNTY JUDGE TO LEAVE `ffiE STATE OF TEXAS. On this the 13th day of July, A. D. 1942, Dame on to be heard the appllcation of County Judge, John S. Atkins, for leave of absence from the State of Texas Por a period of two weeks, for reason of business matters which require his personal attention, and that said business matters can be attended to in said two weeks leave of abaenoe. And it appearing to the Court that said application is well taken and should be granted. It is therefore ordered, adJudged and decreed by the Commissioners' Court oP Karr County, Texas, that the application of the County Judge, John S. Atkins, be and the same is hereby granted and that said John S. EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL OF DELINQUENT TAX RECORD OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS. This 13th day of July, A. D. 1942, came on to be inapsated and examined by the Court the 162 page Delinquent Tax liecord of Kerr County, Taxes, containing 6,754 lines, covering all delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1940, inclusive, prepared and compiled as required by Articles 7321-7322, Revised Civil statutes 'of 1925 and Senate Bill No. 407, Acts of the 44th Legislature, and 1t appearing to the Court efts careful exaigination of said delinquent tax record that setae is true and correct, end same be and is hereby in open Court approved in every respect. And it further appearing to the Court that the cost or. prioe for compiling said record in the sum of337.70, is fair and reasonable and said claim in favor oP E. H.
