BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 15th day of puguat, p. D. 1942, the Commie cS oners'
Court of the County of Karr, State of Tezas, convened in regular session, present and pre-
siding John S, Atkins, County Judge and all members of the Court being present, came on for
consideration the adoption of the County Budget ae prepared by the County Judge and County
Clerk and Piled with the County Clerk for public inspgo tion. proper notices having been
given on the 11th day of August, A. D. 1942, by the Co untq Judge Dy the posting of a copy of
said notice at the Court House door in the City of Kerrville, Teas, a copy of vd~ich notice
being attao had to said budget.
No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough examination and con-
sideration of said County Budget by the Court, ul,on motion made, ae co sled end unanimously
adopted said Cotmty Budget for 19'43 ˘e heretofore complied by the County Judgo and County
Clerk, and tentatively approved by the Court at Sta last Regular Session, be and is hereby
approved and adopted by the Court.
It ie therefore ordered by the Court that County, Road, School and Speci˘1 Taaes for
Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1942, be and are hereby levied at the following rates based
on each X100.00 valuation, to-wit:
