Court of the County of %err, State of Teaas, convened in regular session, present and pre-
siding Tohn S, Atkins, County Tudge and ell members of the Court being present, came on for
cone id er at ion the adoption of the County Budget ae prepared bq the County Tudge and County
' ' Clerk and filed with the County Clerk for puL11c inappotion. proper notices having been
given on the 11th day of August, q. D. 1942, by the County Tudge Dy the posting oP a copy of
said notice at the Court House door in the City of %errv ills, Teaas, a copy of vdi ich notice
being attached to said budget.
No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough examination and con-

adopted said County Budget for 1943 as heretofore complied by the County Tudgo and County
Clerk, and tentatively approved by the Court at Sta last Regular Session, be and is hereby
approved and adopted by the Court.
It 1s therefore ordered by the Court that County, Road, School and Special Tsaes for
%err County, Texas, for the year 1942, be and are hereby levied et the following rates based
on each X300.00 valuation, to-wit:
