Court of the County of gerr, State oP Texas, convened in regular session, present and pre-
siding John S, Atkins, Co uoty Judge and all members of the Court being present, came on for
cone idar at ion the adoption of the County Budget as prepared by the County dodge and County
Clerk and filed with the County Clerk for putl is Smappetioa. proper notices having been
given on the 11th day of pug oat, A. D. 1942, by the County Judge by the posting of a copy of
said notice at the Court House door in the City of $errville, Teas, a copy of which notice
being attaohed to said budget.
No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough examination and con-
sideration of said County Budget by the Court, u},on motion made, seco ffied end unanimously
adopted said County Budget Yor 1943 ae heretofore complied by the County dudgo end County
Clerk, sad tentatively approved by the Court at its last Regular Session, be and is hereby
approved and adopted by the Court.
It is therefore ordered by the Court th et County, Road, School and Spacial Tsaes for
$err County, Texas, for the year 1942, be and are hereby levied at the following retea based
on each X100.00 valuation, to-wit:
