BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 15th day of August, p. D. 1942, the Commissioners'
Court of the County of Rerr, State of Texas, convened in regular session, present and pre-
siding John S, Atkins, Co untq judge end ell members of the Court being pr want, came on for
cone id stet ion the adoption of the County Budget ae prepared bq the County Judge and County
Clerk and flied with the County Clerk for putl is inapgction. proper notices having been
given on the 11th day of August, A. D. 1942, by the County Judge Dy the posting of a copy of
said notice at the Court House door in the City of Rer rville, Teaas, a copy of vii ich notice
being attaohed to said budget.
No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough examination and con-
sideration of said County Budget by the Court, u7,on motion made, aeco vded and unanimously
adopted said County Budget Por 1943 as heretofore complied by the County Judge and County
Clerk, and tentatively approved by the Court at its last Regular gesaion, be and is hereby
approved and adopted by the Court.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that County, Road, School and Spacial Teaas for
Rerr County, Tessa, for the year 1942, be and are hereby levied et the following rates based
on each X300.00 valuation, to-wit:
Jury Fund 4 cents
Road and Bridge Fund, 2 cents
General Fund 25 cents
Rerr County Roed Bond Sinking Fund -2C oents
