remainder of the year, 1942, for Precinct No. 4, in the amount of $10.00 per month. The epp-
lication being heard and is hereby granted by the Court, and Sheriff p. F. Moore is entitled
to an additional $10.00 allowance for deputy hire for the re mat nd er oP the year, 1942, end the
County Treasurer shall pay direct to Deputy C. A. Rogers of Ingram, Texas, as such deputy said
allowance in equal monthly installments out of the General Fund, plus the allowance heretofore
proper warrants
granted by this Court, and the County Clerk shall issue/at the end oY each month's service by
him as such legally appointed and qualified deputy Sheriff.
