N0. 2700. EMPLOYMENT OF BIIZIE LOII MALIN AS ASSISTANT TO CODNTY JUDGE,

This the 12th day of October, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the County judge
of Kerr County is in need of an assistant in his office, and that Billie Lou Malin is duly
qualified for the servioes to bq.~randerad in said office, whereupon, on motion made, seconded
and unanimously adopted, said Billie Lou Malin be and is hereby employed ae such Assistant ,
beginning October 1st, 1942 and ending Senuary la t, 1943, and her salary is hereby fiaed by
the Court at the sum of $50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue and deliver unto said Billie Lou LSalin on the 1st of each month, begin-
ning November 1st, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the
sum of $50.00 covering her monthly salary.
