D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the County Judge of Kerr County is in need of an assistant in his office, and that Billie Lou Malin is dulq qualified for the aervioes to bq.'tendered in said office, whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Billie Lou Malin be and is hereby employed as suoh Assistant beginning October 1st, 1942 and ending January let, 1943, and her salary is hereby fiaed by the Court at the sum of $50.00 per month.
