N0. 2700.EMPLOYMENT OF HILLIE LOII MALIN AS ASSISTANT TO CODNTY JUDGE.
This the 12th day oP Ootober, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the County Judge
of Kerr County is in need of an assistant in hie office, and that Billie Lou Malin is duly
qualified for the servioes to bq•.`Fendered in said office, whereupon, on motion made, aeeonded
and unanimously adopted, ea id Billie Lou Palelin be and is hereby employed as such Assistant
beginning October 1st, 1942 and ending January la t, 1943, and her salary is hereby fiaed by
the Court at the sum of $50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue and deliver unto said Billie Lou Malin on the lst of each month, begin-
ning November 1st, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund Por the
sum of $50.00 covering her monthly salary.
