This the 12th day of October, A. D. 1942, it appearing to the Court that the County Judge
of Kerr County is in need of an assistant in his office, and that Billie you Malin is duly
qualified for the aervloes to bQ•{~endered Sn said office, whereupon, on motion made, seconded
and unanimo ugly adopted, said Billie Lou tdelin be and is hereby employed sa such Assistant
beginning October 1st, 1942 and ending January 1st, 1943, and her salary is hereby fined by
the Court at the sum of $50,00 par month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue and deliver unto said Billie Lou Malin on the 1st of each month, begin-
ning November 1st, 1942, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the
sum of $50.00 covering her monthly salary.
