Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Walter Colbath
be and is hereby employed as Road Foramen of Commissioners' precinct No, 2 of Herr County,
beginning December let, 1942, at the montfily salary of $80.00, which salary shall be paid by
the County Clerk out of the Road & Bridge #2 Fund in monthly payments on the first days of
each month, commencing January 1st, 1942. Such salary payments to be made by proper warrants
on the County Treasurer and same shall be continued to be made until ordered dieoontinued by
