employing a road foreman for Commissioners' Precinct No. 2, of Herr County, end it appearing
to the Court ur~on the recommendation oP Commissioner Heard that Walter Colbath is qualified
for the position.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Walter Colbath
^,; be and is hereby employed as Road Foreman of Commissioners' precinct No. 2 of xerr County,
;, beginning December let, 1942, at the monthly salary oP 880.00, which salary shall be paid by
the County Clerk out oP the Road & Bridge #2 Fund in monthly payments on the Pirat days oP
ii each month, commencing January 1st, 1942. Such salary payments to be made by proper warrants
j on the County Treasurer and same shall be continued to be made until or dared dieoontinuad by
