On this the 12th day of April, A. D. 1943, came on to ba heard the application of The
Kerrville publ le Library Tor its maintenance from December 31st, 1942 to April :SIOth, 1943 at a
monthly sum of67.50. It appearing to the Court that the Kerrville public Library is Denefici
to the community and that such operation should be continued. It is therefore ordered by the
Court that the Courrt y Clerk issue Voucher drown on the County Treasurer Por the sum of X30.00,
to be paid out of the Ce ne rfll Fund to The Kerrville public Library, for the period ending
April '3Qth, 1943; end that a sum of $7.50 be paid each month thereafter beginning N{ay 1st ,1943
until Further ordered by the Court.

This 12th day of April, 1943, came on to be opened end tabulated by the Court the returns
of the County School Trus tea Election held throughout the County of Kerr on the 3rd day of
April, 1943, end said returns were duly canvassed end tabulated by the Court as shown on page
46, Volume 3, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas.
