On this the 21st day of April, 1943, Dame on to be Dona idered by the court the matter of
porches ing a used air plane hangar from the City of San Angelo, Tezee, for the sum of X1500.00 ~~
to be dismantled and moved to the City-County Air port and for Lhe payment of certain damages
to Sheen Treadwell to his property by reason of the wreaking e~ diamant ll~ of said hangar; ~
and it appearing to the court Lhat it Sa impoa aible to obteln material for the Don atruotion of
a new tie agar and that it would be to the advantage of Eerr County and the City of Kerrville to
purchase said used hanger for the sum of X1500.00 end to pay to Sheen Treadwell the sum of
435.00 for the ezpense of repairs to hie prop arty oo aeaioned by the diamentl ing of said
hangar. TfDSREUPON on motion duly made, seconded and unani~ously adopted it is ordered, ad-
~udged am decreed by the Court that Rerr Cou~y pay Lo the City of San Angelo the sum of
X750,00 and to Sheen Treadwell the sum of X217.50 out of the Kerr County Air port Available
Fund being the oouaty'e part of one-half of the eapensea incurred 1n the purehaee of avid
hangar.
