Weatherby is now on active duty in the Army of the United States and that 11; is impossible for him under such airoumstanoes to fulfill the duties of Bald oPPiae; that it would be to the best interest of the people of Kerr County for the resignation oP Mr. Weatherby to be aacapted and the office of County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, be declared vacant. And it further appearing to the Court that L. W. Pollard, a citizen oP Kerr County, Te xa is e duly qualified end practicing attorney and in all ways qualified to fulfill the duties oY the County Attorney's of Pic e. Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ordered that th resignation of Jim Weatherby as County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, be and is hereby accepts ; the County Attorney's Office be declared vacant, and that L. 11. COUNTY DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT OF X100,000.00, IN LIEU OF X60,000.00 CONTRACT. On this 14th day oP June, 1943, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of the Pledge Contraot entered into by the Chas. Schreiner Bank (Unincorporated) ae County Depository at the February term of this Court, wherein said Chas. Schreiner Bank (Tmincorporated)pledged securities in the amount of X60,000.00. And it appearing to tho Court that said amount of 460,000.00 is insufficient end that the amount' of said Pledge Contract should be increased from $60,000.00 to x100,000.00. And it further appearing to the Court that the said Chas. Schreiner Benk (Unincorporated) is desir- ious of entering into a new pledge Contract in the sum of X100,000.00, therefore upon motion duly made, seconded, azd unanimously adopted, it is or dared that the Pledge contract of the Chas. Schreiner Bank (Unincorporated) as Deposltory for county funds be and ie hereby increased from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 and that said Chas.
