This the 12th day of July, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County end its respective Comnissioners~ precincts
since the last term of the Court, all of vdiich claims and accounts were approved by the Court
for payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes
of Accounts allowed for Rerr L'ounty, Texas, which are made a part of this order.

No. 2831. APPROVAL OF REPORT AND FEES OF JUSTICE OF T~ PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 4.
This 12th day of auly, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court the report of J. W.
Bailey, Justice of the taste of Precinct No, 4 of Rerr County, for period ending June 30th,
1943, oP criminal cases filed, fines, judgment ahd ,jury fees collected, showing the sum of
X31.40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a Pee oŁ $14.55
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, some be and is hereby appr
and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay said fee unto Justice Dailey, as

This the 12th day of duly, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court the report of
Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of precinct No. 1 of Rerr County, Texas, for the month of
Tune, 1943, of criminal cases filed, fines, ,judgment end ,jury Pees oollected, showing sum of
$81.40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of $24.00
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, same be and is hereby
approved, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and direoted to pay said X24.00 Łee unto
Justice Bennett as follows, $21.00 out of the General Fund and $3.00 out of the Road end
Bridge Fund.

County Agent, which report be and is hereby accepted and approved by the court, and ordered

No. 2834. AC CEPTANCF OF ..^.OUNTY AUDITORS, TO AUDIT A E-1/2 YEAR PERIOD
i On this day came on to be heard the proposal of Howard-pope and Company, me de by Roy L.
pope, Certified Public Accountant, of San Antonio, Texas, for complete County Audit covering
the period of time from December 31st, 1940 thro sigh June 30th, 1943, propos ix7g to make said
complete audit for $775.00; and it appearing to the court that said Howe rd-Pope Company, had
made the last audit for this county, and no other proposals having been received from amy
other auditor or auditing aompa~ty, end said proposal being reasonable. It is ordered by the -
Court that said proposal be unaminously accepted and said Howard-pope Company being hereby
awarded contract to make the complete audit of accounts oP Rerr County, for the sum of X775.00
to ba paid in Dash upon the oompletion of audit and acceptance by the court.
