This the 12th day of July, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County end its respective Comnissioners` precincts
since the last term of the Court, all of which olaims and accounts were approved by the Court
for payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes
of Accounts allowed for Kerr County, Texas, which are made a part of this order.

Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of
June, 1943, of criminal cases filed, fines, judgment and fury Pees collected, showing sum of
~Si.40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a Pee of $24.00
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, same be and is hereby
approved, aryl the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay said $24.00 fee unto
Justice Bennett as follows, X21.00 out of the General Fund and $3.00 out of the Road and
Bridge Fund.

This 12th day of July, A. D. 1943, came on to be heard the June report of R. R. Tippit
County Agent, which report be and is hereby accepted and approved by the court, and ordered
filed.

On this day came on to be heard the proposal of Howard-pope and Company, made by Roy L.
pope, Certified public Accountant, of San Antonio, Texas, for complete County Audit covering
the period of time from December 31st, 1940 through June 30th, 1943, proposing to make said
complete audit for775.00; and it appearing to the cogs t that said Howe rd-pope Company, had

made the last audit for this county, and no other proposals having been received from amy
other auditor or auditing oompaiiy, end said proposal being reasonable. It is ordered by the
Court that said proposal be unaminously accepted and said Howard-pope Company being hereby
awarded contract to make the complete audit of accounts of Kerr County, for the sum oP X775.00
to be paid in sash upon the completion of audit and acceptance by the court.
