This the 12th day of July, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its• respective Comnissioners~ precincts
side the last term of the Court, all of which olaims and accounts were approved by the Court
for payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes
of Accounts allowed for Kerr L'ounty, Texas, which are made a part of this order,

No. 2831. APPROVAL OF REPORT AND FEES OF JUSTICE OF T`~ PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 4.
This 12th day of duly, A. D. 1943, came on to be examined by the Court the report of J. W,
Bailey, Justice oŁ the recce of Precinct No. 4 of Kerr County, for period ending June 30th,
1943, of criminal cases filed, fines, Judgment ehd Jury fees collected, showing the sum of
$31.40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of $14.55
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, same be and is hereby appr ed,
and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay said fee unto Justice Bai]ey, es
ffioilows, $7,00 out of the General Fund and $2,00 out.of the Road and Bridge Fund.

This the 12th day oP duly, A. D. 1943, Dame on to be examined by the Court the report of
Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of precinct No, 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of
June, 1943, of criminal cases filed, fines, Judgment and Jury fees oollected, showing sum of
$83..40 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entltling him to a fee of $24.00
and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, same be and is hereby
approved, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay said $24.00 fee unto
Justice Bennett as follows, $21.00 out of the General Fund and $3.00 out oŁ the Road and
Bridge Fund.

+ On this day came on to be heard the proposal of Howard-pope and Company, me de by Rog L.
Pope, Certified public Aeoountant, of San Antonio, Texas, for complete County Audit covering
the period of time from December 31st, 1940 through June 30th, 1943, propos ir7g to make said
complete audit for $775.00; and it appearing to the coTSt that said Howard-pope Company, had
made the last audit for this county, and no other proposals having been received from amy
other auditor or auditing oompe:ny, end said proposal being reasonable. It is ordered by the
Court that said proposal be unaminously accepted aid said Howard-pope Company being hereby
awarded contract to me ke the complete audit of acoounts of Kerr County, Por the sum of $775.00
to be paid in Dash upon the oompletion of audit and ac cept an oe by the court.
