On thls the 10th day oP August, 1943, came on to ba considered by the Court the matter of
the continuation oP the payment of expenses for L. L. Leslie, Chairman of the Kerr County War
Yr ice and Rationing Board, as per order oP the court entered on the 8th day of March, 1943,
and it appearing to the Court that the continuation of such payments would be en advantage to
the public ¢s a whole, th er afore upon motion duly made, seconded end unanimously adopted it is
ordered that the said L. L. Leslie be paid the sum of $75.00 per month out of the General Fund
of Berr County, pending further order oP the Court.
