On this the 10th day oP August, 1943, came on to be considered by the Court Lhe matter of
the continuation of the pay~rient of expenses for L. L. Leslie, Chairman of the Kerr County War
price and Rationing Board, as per order of the court entered on the Bth day oP Idar ch, 1943,
and 1t appearing to the Court Lhat the continuation of such payments would be en advantage to
the public as a whole, therefore upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted it is
ordered that the said L. L. Leslie be paid the sum of 75.00 per month out of the General Fund
of Kerr County, pending further order oP the Court.
