On this the 21st day oP August, A. D. 1943, the Commissioners' Court of the County of Kerr
State of Texas, convened in regular session, present and presiding John S, Atkins, County Judge
and all membors of the Court being present, came on for consideration the adoptlon of the
County Budget as prepared by the County Judge. end County Clerk end filed with the County Clerk
i for public ins poet ion. Proper notices having been given on the 11th day of August, A. D. 1943,
Eby ,the Co vnty Judge by the posting of a copy of said not ioe at the Court Aouse door in the
City of Kerrville, Texas, a copy of which notice being attac had to said budget.
'~, No interested tax-payers appearing before the Court, after thorough exam lnation and con-
~sideretion of said County Budget by the Court, upon motion made, seconded end unanimously
adopted said County Budget for 1946 as heretofore complied by the County Judge and County C1erA
i and tentatively approved by the Court at its last Ragulor Session, be end is hereby approved
and adopted by the Court.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that County, Road, School end ~paoial Taxes for Kerr
County, Texas, for the year 1943, be and are hereby levied at the following rates based on eac
X100.00 valuation, to-wit:
Jury Fund 4 oe nts
Hoed and Hr idge Fund 2 cents
General Fund 25 cents
Kerr County Road Hond Sinking Fund 25 cents
Court House & Jail Sinking Fund 10 cents
'Airport Bonds of 1941 04 cents
Making a total county-wide Lax rata of Sedenty($.70) cents on each $100.00 valuation.
Oocupation taxes, one-half that charged by the State of Texas.
County Poll Tex, 25 cents on each male and female.
Road District No. 1 Sinking Fund, Pive cents on each X100.00 valuation.
