On this the 13th day of September, A. D. 1943, as ma on to be heard the application of The
Kerrville Public Library Por its maintenance from January 1st, 194m to December 31st, 1944, at
s monthly sum oP X25.00. It appearing to the Court that the Kerrville Public Library is bene-
ficial to the community aid that such operation should be continued.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue Voucher 'drawn~on the
County Treasurer for the sum of ~25 .00 to be paid out of the General Fund to The Kerrville
Public Library, beginning January 31st, 1941 and each month thereafter through December 31st,
1944.

in Block Twelve (12), Joseph Tivy's Addition to the City oP Kerrville and mere fully described
as fo llowa: BEGINNING at the S. E. corner of Lot No. Five (5) in said Hlook end the N. E. cor-
ner of said Lot Four (4) in said Block; THENCE S. 5' E. along W. line of a Twenty (20) foot
alley 169 Peet, more or less, to the N. W. line oS Travis Street; THENCE S. 45 W. with said
line of Travis Street, about 163 it. to the E. line of State Highway No. 24; TEiENCE N. 17' E,
293 Peet, more or less to a stake in the N. line oP Lot Fb ur (4) at its intersectl on with the

being present, Commissioner Henry Ecke to In be, and Sa hereby authorized and directed to legally
advertise said property for sale by publishing proper notices of said sale in the September l6t'
and 23rd ies ue of the Kerrville 2aounteia Sun, which sale of said property at public euo tion to
the highest bidder for cash, shall be held at the Court House Door in Kerrville on the last
Tuesday in September, 1943, acme being the 28th day oP September, 1943, between the hours of
10:00 o'ol oak A. M. and 4:00 o'olaok P. M.
