in the erection or in the building of the City-County Airport. And it appearing to the Court
that such transfer for the necessary expenditures would be dust aril Pair, end that the balance
in such fund is 3444.37.

Airport Available Funds, payable to the City of Kerrvil a and that the County Oler k is he ra by
authorized to draw such voucher an the County Treasurer for such amount.

Accountants of San tintonio, Texas. And it appearing to the Court that said Howard-Pope Compan
is anti fled to $775.00 for said 21~ year audit, and a partial payment of X400.00 is satisfector
