On this the 27th day of October, A. D. 1943, came nn to be considered the claim of Kelly
Construction Company Por Furnleh ing, Heating, Hauling & ep ,lying OA-230, RC-2 and Rock Cover !
Stone, inaludirg an additional 15 cubic yards cover stone hauled from Comfort, Texas, includ-
ing labor, truck time and or uahing, as performed in the respective pr ecinots and on Court Hous
Square, as shown more particularly by minutes of accounts on file. And it appearing to the
court that auoh report and claim is true and cor reat and that ell specifications according to ~~
said Company's bid or proposal has been in all respects fulfilled, and that the aggregate sum
for such performance is .5,548.80.
It is Therefore, Ordered, Ad,j udged and Decreed by the Court that the County Clerk drew
voucher on the County Trees urer in the sum of 5,548.80 on the General (toad & Bridge Fund to
cover the aggregate amount of work performed.
