Construction Company for Furn iah ing, Heating, Hauling & xp plying OA-230, RC-2 and Rock Cover
Stone, including an additional 15 cubic yards cover stone hauled from Comfort, Texas, includ-
ing labor, truck time end or uebing, as performed in the respective precincts and on Court Hous
Seuare, as shown more particularly by minutes of accounts on file. And it apps er ing to the
court that suoh report and claim is true and correct and that all specifications according to ~I
said Company's bid or proposal has been in sll resne ets fulfilled, and that the eggr agate sum ~
for suoh performance is .5,549.80. ~
It is Therefore, Ordered, Ad,j udged end Decreed by the Court that Lhe County Clark draw
voucher on the County Treasurer in the sum of 5,548.80 on the General Hoed & Bridge Fund to
cover the aggreg~ae amount of work performed.

Cn this the 8th day of November, A. D. 1943, came on to be heard end considered by the
Court the Report of Howard Pope & Company, Auditors heretofore employed by the Court to audit
the books of Kerr County, Texas, for a period beginning December 31st, 1940 to Tune 30, 1943,
and said Report having been duly examined by the Court, the Court is of the opinion that same 1
true and correct and should be approved by the Court. It is therefore ordered by the Court the
said report be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by the Court.
