No. 4 of Barr County, and it appearing to the Court..that the Sheriff ie entitled to auog add-
itional deputy allowance for the purpose of hiring a deputy in said Precinot No. 4.
Therefore Sheriff A. F. Moore be and'"is~.heroby granted sn additioml allowanoe of '450.00
per annum for the current year, 1943, ea provided by the 1942-1943 County Budget, out of the
General Fund, for the purpose of hiring an active deputy in said Precinct No. 4, and same shal
be paid by the County Treasurer direst to Deputy C. .A. Rodgers or hie auooessor in equal
monthly installments of X40.00 eaoh, upon proper warrants ieaued by the County Clerk, oa or
