and it appearing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in Rerr County,
Texas, for said Depository, it is therefore ordered by the Court that same be and is hereby ,
chosen and accepted by the Court and that said Bank is awarded the County Depository for all
County, School and Trust Fula of the County for the neat two years at no interest on daily
balances and that all unnecessary bookkeeping now ea being rendered by the depository may be
agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be eliminated, and said Benk,
is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds as depository of each of sa id funds in
the proper form prescribed by law and submit same to this Court for approval, vdiich bonds
