without payment of interest on daily balances and without service charge to Kerr County, Texe
and with the under standing that any unnecessary bookkeeping now ae being rendered by said
depository may be agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be eliminated
and it appearing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in Kerr County,
Texas, for said Depository, it is therefore ordered by the Court that same be and is hereby
chosen and eocepted by the Court and that said Bank is awarded the County Depository for all
County, School and Trust Fonda of the County for the next two years at no interest on daily
balances and that all unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by the depository may be
agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository ie to be eliminated, and said Bank,
is hereby dir eotad to make good and cuff foie nt bonds as depository of each of sa id funds in
the proper form prescribed by law and submit same to this Court for approval, which bonds
be and are hereby fixed in the following amount a:
As County Depository,
X60,000.00
As County Depository for all school funds _ 10,000.00
And ee County Depository for all trust funds in the hands of the County end
District Clerks of Kerr County, ;2,000.00.
