Texas, for said Depository, it is therefore ordered by the Court that same ba and is hereby
chosen and eaceptAd by the Court and that said Bank is awarded the County Depository for all
County, School and Trust Fun3a of the County for the neat two years at no interest on daily
Dalancae and that all unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by the depository may be
agreed upon between Commissionera~ Court and Depository is to be eliminated, end avid Bank,
is hereby direoted to make good and sufficient bonds as depository of each of said funds in
the proper form prescribed by law and submit same to this Court for approval, whioh bonds
be and are hereby fixed in the following amounts:
As County Depository,
$60,000.00
As County Depository for all school funds 10,000.00
And es County Depository for all trust funds in the hands of the County end
District Clerks of Kerr County, $2,000.00.
