Kerrville, Texas, was chosen by the Court to act as County Depository of Kerr County for th
next two years and without payment of interest on daily balances and without service charge to
Kerr County, Texas, and with the understanding that any unneces~:ary boo k!:e eeing nosy as being
rendered by depository may be agreed m~on between Commissi on ers• Court and Depository is to be
eliminated, said choosing of said Bunk including all funds deposited with and held by it for
Kerr County, which said bank was the only Bank chosen by the Court as county Depository of
Kerr County for all County funds for the term of two years ending ti0 days after ad,jour nrnent Of
the regular February, 1945, term of this Court; and,

Depository for school funds of the County has been sent to the State Department of L'd ue at ion at

eby designated by the Court as the County Depository of Kerr County, Texas, Por all county
school funds o£ Kerr county and for all trust funls of the County and District Clerks of
