the Court that Jim ,Jeatherby the duly elected Couhty Attorney of Kerr County is absent from the
State and it being physically impossible for him to fulfill and perform the duties incumbent
upon him in said office; Therefore upon motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted it is
ordered, adjudged and decreed that the salary of $30.00 per month heretofore paid to Jim

March 1st, 1943.

next two years and without P++Yment of interest on daily balances and without service charge to
(Kerr County, Texas, and with the understanding that any unnece s~~.a ry boo k}:e e,~ing now as being
rendered by depository may be agreed u.~on between Conmmission ers~ Court and Depository is to be
eliminated, said choosing oi' said Bank including all funds deposited with and held by it for
Kerr County, which said Bank was the only Bank chosen by the Court as County Daposito ry of
Kerr County for all County funds for the term of two years ending 60 days after adjournment of
the regular February, 1945, to rrn of this Court; and,

the Court as required by law and said bonds were approved by the Court on the 8th day of March,
1943, and the County Depository bond for $60,000.00 was sent to the State Comptroller for ap-
proval by him for the Stete of Texas and a duplicate-original of the bond of said bank as Count
Depository for school funds of the County has been sent to the State Department, of liducat ion at
Austin, Texas, for Piling in that office; now,
TIC: RIiFORE, said Charles Schreiner B;-. nk, (Unincorporated), of Kerrville, Texas, be and is
hereby designated by the Court as the County Depository of Kerr County, Texas, for all county
and school funds of Kerr county and for all treat furls of the County and District Clerks of
Kerr County, for the two year term herein ^en tinned and it shall be the duty of the County
Treasurer, County Tax Collector, County and District Clerks and all oth~.r county and precinct
officers of Kerr County receiving moneys belonging to emy fund of Kerr County during said term
to deposit such moneys in the herein designated County Depository. ,
