it is the best interest of Kerr County and its o PPic ers that all oP the District, County and

It is therefore ordered, edJ udged and des reed by the Court that all District, County and
Precinct Offio ers of Kerr County be compensated Por their ser vio es during the year 1944, on a
earned Pee basis, and until otherwise determined by tLis Court. And t$e County Clerk shall
forward a certified copy oP this order to trie Comptroller of Public Accounts, Austin, Tex ea,
as directed in the herein mentioned act of the Legislature.

John 5, Atkins as County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, be end is hereby fixed at the following
aso unt for the current year, 1944, as Follows:
As County Judge the sum of 1320.00 per annum. Said salary of X1320.00 es such County
Judge be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road end Bridge Fund Sn equal
monthly installments of X110.00 each, payable on or of ter the last dap of each calendar month
