it is the best in tereet of Kerr County and its ofPic ezs that all oP the District, County and
Pr eo inct officers oP Kerr County be compensated on the Pee basis for the year 1944.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and des reed by the Court that all District, County and
Preclnet Of Pic ers of Kerr County be compensated for their ser vio es during the year 1944, on a
ear nod See basis, and until otherwise determined by this Court. Aad the County Clark shall
forward e certified cogy of this order to the Comptroller oP Public Accounts, Austin, Taxes,
as directed in the herein mentioned act of the Legislature.

John S. Atkins es County Jude of Kerr County, Texas, be and is hereby fixed at the following
amount for the current year, 1944, fls follows:
As County Judge the sum of 1320.00 per annum. Said salary of1320.00 es such County
Judge be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road and Brld ge Pund in equal
monthly installments of X110.00 each, payable on or of ter the last da,Y of each calendar month
