This 10th day of January, 1944, it is ordered and decreed by the Coup`t that the salary of
John S. Atkins es County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, be and is hereby Fixed et the following
amount for the current year, 1944, as Follows:
As County Judge the sum of 1220.00 per annum. Said salary of $1320.00 es such County
Judge be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the ROed and Brld ge Fund in equal
monthly installments of w110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of each calendar month
