the llis trict Clerk in 12 monthly installments of 75.00 each, out of the Caner el Fund by proper
warrants drawn by the County Clerk on or after the lest day of oach month's services on the

ered satisfactory service in the past as Courthouse and Jail oustodiea Eor Kerr County, where-
upon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Irwin Parka be and is hereby re-
employed for the current Year, 1943, end his salary is hereby fixed by the Court at the sum oP
$75.00 per month. And the County Clark be and is hereby aut horized and directed to issue and
deliver unto said Parks on or after the 15th and last days.oP eaoh month beginning January 15th
1944, a warrant on the County Tressurer a.^,ainst the General Fund for the aum oP X37.50 cover-
