the County Treasurer for the current year, 1944, shall be and is hereby fixed accordingly at
the rate of 2p on all receipts and disbursements, not to exceed however, the sum of $150.00

Compensation of the Commissioners of Kerr L'o unty be an3 is hereby fixed by the Court for the
current year, 1944, according to the 1943-1944 County Budget, as follows:
