actual and neoessary expense of $281.59 incurred by him in the conduot of hie office during
said month of February, 1944, and it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is entitle
to the expenditures of all the items therein listed, said report be and is hereby approved ~~
for its full amount by the Court.

on this the 13th day of March, 1944, came on to be considered by the Court the applicat-
tion of Guido F. ;dagocevel lo, an indigent tubercular patient residing in Serr County, Texas,
for temporary financial assistant e. And it appearing to the Court that said applicant has

resided in Kerr County for a period of more than three years end even though ap^lica nt is not
a citizen of the United States, that it would be agalnst public policy to knowingly let any ~I
person residing within the bounds of Kerr County sufPar from lack of proper Pood and shelter '',
even though auoh person was not an Amer is en Citizen. ~
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded end unenlmously adopted, it is ordered by the
court that the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be end is hereby authorized and directed to
drew a voucher on the county trees urer of Kerr County, Teaas, for the sum of $25.D0 out of the
General Fund payable to said Guido p. Megoeavel to to co var hie immediate needs.
