On this the 13th day oP March, 1944, came on to be considered by Lhe Court the applicat-
tion oY Guido F. Magocavel lo, an indigent tubercular patient re aiding in Kerr County, Tease,
Por temporary financial assistance. And it appearing to the Court that aeid applicant has
resided in Kerr County for a period of more then three }•e ars and even though ap^licant 1s not
a citizen of the United et at ea, that it would be against public policy to V,nowingly let any
person residing within the bounds of Kerr County suffer Prom laok of proper food and shelter
even though such person was not an rimer ican Citizen.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded end unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the
court that Lhe County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be and is hereby authorized end directed to
draw a voucher on the county treasurer of Rerr County, Teaea, for the sum of X25.00 out oP the
General Fund payable to said Guido P. Magocavel to to cover his immediate needs.
