tlon of Guido P. Megocavello, an indigent tubercular patient re aiding in Yerr County, Teaes,
for temporary financial assistance. And it appearing to the Court that said applicant has
resided in Kerr County for a period oP more than three years and even though ap^l icant is not '~,.
a citizen of the United 3t at es, that it would be against public policy to knowingly let any
person residing within the bounds of Kerr County suffer Prom lack of proper food sad shelter i
even though auoh person wee not an American Citizen.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ordered by the
oourt that Lhe County Clark oY Kerr County, Texas, be and Ss hereby authorized end directed to ~~
