COUNTY OF K E R R .. On this the 12 day of June, 1944, the Commisa ioner s' Court of Kerr County
Taxes, convened in regular session, at a regular term thereof, all members of said Court being
present, and the following proceedings, among others, were had, to-wit:
Co~iss ioner D. D. Heard introduced an order and moved its adoption. The motion was second
by Commissianer Wm. Karger. Thereupon, the County Judge put the question to a vote and the
Pollowi~ members of the Court voted Aye: Henry Eckstein, D. D. Beard, William Karger and
W. H. Fur r, and the foilow ing voted No-None.
The County Judge announced the order passed as follows:
WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable end to the best
