of the unapportioned Road & Bridge Funds oP Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited to

of Precinct No. 2 to Kerr County Road & Bridge Warrants of 1936, for the pure ose of taking care
of the principal of X500.00 and interest of $74.34 due and owing on June 12th, 1944, sn said
Bond issue. And the County Clerk shall charge said R & B No. 2 Fund with said $574.34 ao
transferred on the books oS his office.

Texas, convened in regular session, at a regular torm Char eof, all memo ers of` said Court being
present, and the following proceedings, among others, were had, to-wit:
Comaiss inner D. D. Heard introduced an order end moved its adoption. The motion was second
by Commissioner 'Wm. Karger. Thereupon, the County Judge put the question to a vote and the
following members of the Court voted Aye: Henry Eckstein, D. D. Beard, William Kerger and
W. H. Fur r, and the following voted No-None.
The County Judge announced the order passed as follows:
WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable end to the best
