IT IS FUR TIER ORDERED by the Court that while said bonds, or any of them, are outstanding and unpaid, there shell be enn ually levied, assessed end collected, in due time, form and man- ner, en ad valorem tax upon all taxable property in the County of Kerr, sufficient to pay the interost for the current year and create a sinking fund sufficient to pay each installment of principal as the same becomes due; and there is hereby levied for the year, 1944, end for each succeeding year thereafter while said bonds or any of them are outstanding and unpaid, a tax of end at the rate of fifteen cents, or so much thereof, or such greater rate as may be neces- sary, on each One Hundred Dollars valuation of taxable property in the County of Kerr; and sat tax shall be annually assessed and collected and applied to the payment of interest on and Fri cip el of slid bonds as same become due. %II.
