On this the 10th day of July, 1944, coming on to be cones dared by the Court, the mat tar
of the of ier of the Citq of Kerrville to provide Pire protection far all of Commissioner's
Preoincto Nos. 1, 2, and 4 of Karr County in consideration oP an annual payment of 5500.00 fo
a period of 10 years, beginning with the July Term~df the Cona˘ieaioner'e Court and a like
amount to be paid at each regular July Term of said Court until the regal er term oP said oour
in July, 1953, end it appearing to the Court that said oPfiar is fair and reasonable; that
said fire protaotion would De of materiel benefit and advantage to all of the people residing
in said precincts of %err County, and should be made available Por Lhem.
Th atefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ordered, ad-
~udged and decry ed by the court that the offer of the City of Kerrville to provide fire prote
ion to Comm seas one is Yreoinats Nos. 1, 2, and 4 of Kerr County, be, and the same is hereby
accepted, with the rapresa underat ending that the City of Kerrville is to provide such fire
protaotion to all accessible parts of said precincts, end that in the event said City of %err
villa should et any time or on any occasion, Pail or refuse to provide such fire protaotion t
all accessible parts of said preoinote, then and in that event, this order shell terminate as
be oP no further force and effect, The matter of whether or not any pert of any of said pre-
cincts is ac oessible, to be determined exclusively by the Commiaeionere of acid preo inate.
It is further ordered by the court, that as id cum of X500.00 be pro-rated and paid
annually as Polio ws: 300.00 out of the regularly apportioned Road & Bridge Funds of Preci not
No. 1, and '100.00 each, out of the regularly apport loned Hoed ~ Bridge Funds of Preainc to No
2 and 4.
