expense report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for the month of September, 1944,
showing an actual and necessary axpe nse oP $42.75 incurred by him Sn the conduct of his office
during said month of September, 1944, and it ap peer ing to the Court that said report be and is
hereby approved fur the full amount by the Court.

This the 9th day of Oo tober, A. D. 1944, the County T;ea6urer of $err County is hereby
authorized end directed to transfer the sum oP $68.38 from the Roed Diatr ict No. 1, Sinking
Fund to Oener al Road & Bridge Fund, and $86.38 from Road Dis tr iot No. 1, Sinking Fund to the
Sury Fund, as s reimbursement to such funds to take care of an overpayma nt in connection with
the assessors' 1944 Commissions.
