of Kerr County an afire ement with the State of Texas wherein Kerr County will agree to waive and
relinquish any and all rights Kerr County and/or road distrlet hsa or may have for participat-
ion by-the St eta in the payment oY anp County and/or road diatriota bonds, warren ta, or other
avid enc ea of indebtedness incurred by Kerr County apdfor road dlstr iat in the eons Lr uc tlon, re-
coaatruation, or maintenance of the county road from Hwy. 27 in Ceat er point to Camp Verde
(Appr oa. 6.6 M1.) upon aond it ion the Hlghw9~9 Comml sal on of the State of Texea will designate
such road ae a farm-tŪ-market road as contemplated by S. B. No. 348, data of the Forty-Eighth
Lagialatura, 1943, and oonstruc t, reconstruct, and/or maiata in the same at Lhe sole cost and
