Leavell, County Clerk, and the 3eput ies employed by him, as provided.under Senate B111 jf123, 49th Legislature, Regular Session, 1945. And it appearing to the Court that the increase in salaries for the various county officers and their deputies as contemplated by said Senate Hill 123 are just end reasonable and that soh increase should be allowed.
